I have not had the ability to receive a single e-mail from any publication that I have actually belonged to for months now.
Initially they told me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong email address. This happened a number of times after I was informed my email address had been updated. Then they told me they will do an intensified case to trace my email problem, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my initial e-mail service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I altered my e-mail to a yahoo e-mail address they said would provide me no concerns. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they inform me it was due to the fact that I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.
I called again and they informed me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my subscription, but when I firmly insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, exact same old runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, however then customer service tells me on their end, it reveals absolutely nothing was sent and they don't know when they go out by means of email. When I requested for a supervisor or various contact details, they said they do not have any.
I paid close to 5 figures for these life time memberships overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and horrible client service. I become part of other investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to quickly deal with any problems. Nothing even close to absolute incompetence I have experienced here.
