Initially they informed me they will check out it. Then I was told the system was sending it to an incorrect email address. This occurred numerous times after I was informed my email address had actually been updated. Then they informed me they will do an escalated case to trace my email problem, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my initial e-mail service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I changed my e-mail to a yahoo e-mail address they stated would offer me no concerns. I wait, still nothing. Then they inform me it was because I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they told me that the services which I was inquiring about were not part of my membership, but when I insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, exact same old runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, but then customer support tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they don't know when they head out through e-mail. When I requested for a supervisor or different contact info, they stated they don't have any.

I paid near 5 figures for these life time memberships overall, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and awful client service. I belong to other financial investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly solve any issues. Nothing even close to outright incompetence I have experienced here.
