First they told me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong email address. This happened several times after I was informed my email address had been upgraded. Then they told me they will do an escalated case to trace my email problem, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my original e-mail service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I changed my email to a yahoo e-mail address they said would provide me no problems. I wait, still nothing. Then they inform me it was due to the fact that I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called once again and they informed me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my subscription, however when I firmly insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, very same old runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then customer service tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they do not know when they go out through email.
