I have not had the ability to receive a single email from any publication that I have been a member of for months now.
First they informed me they will check out it. Then I was informed the system was sending it to an incorrect email address. This happened numerous times after I was told my e-mail address had been upgraded. Then they told me they will do an intensified case to trace my e-mail issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my initial e-mail service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I changed my e-mail to a yahoo e-mail address they stated would provide me no problems. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they inform me it was due to the fact that I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.
I called once again and they informed me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, but when I insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, same old runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then consumer service tells me on their end, it shows nothing was sent out and they don't know when they go out through email. When I asked for a supervisor or various contact info, they said they don't have any.
I paid near to 5 figures for these life time memberships total, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and awful customer care. I am part of other financial investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to quickly fix any concerns. Nothing even near outright incompetence I have experienced here.
