Then I altered my e-mail to a yahoo e-mail address they said would give me no issues. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they tell me it was because I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my subscription, but when I insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, same old runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, however then customer service informs me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they do not know when they go out by means of e-mail. When I asked for a supervisor or different contact details, they said they don't have any.
