Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, however then customer support tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they don't know when they head out by means of e-mail. When I requested for a manager or different contact details, they stated they don't have any.

I paid near to 5 figures for these lifetime memberships total, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and terrible customer support.
