I have not been able to receive a single e-mail from any publication that I have actually been a member of for months now.
First they told me they will check out it. Then I was informed the system was sending it to a wrong email address. This occurred a number of times after I was told my e-mail address had been upgraded. Then they told me they will do an escalated case to trace my e-mail problem, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my initial email service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I changed my email to a yahoo e-mail address they stated would give me no problems. I wait, still nothing. Then they inform me it was since I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.
I called again and they told me that the services which I was inquiring about were not part of my membership, however when I firmly insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, exact same old runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, however then client service tells me on their end, it reveals nothing was sent and they don't know when they go out by means of e-mail. When I asked for a supervisor or various contact info, they stated they do not have any.
I paid near 5 figures for these lifetime subscriptions overall, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and horrible customer support. I become part of other investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly deal with any issues. Nothing even near absolute incompetence I have experienced here.
