Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, however then customer service informs me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent out and they do not know when they go out through email. When I asked for a manager or different contact information, they said they don't have any.

I paid near 5 figures for these lifetime subscriptions overall, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and dreadful customer care.
