Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, exact same old runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, but then customer care tells me on their end, it reveals nothing was sent and they don't understand when they head out by means of email. When I requested a manager or different contact info, they said they do not have any.
I paid close to 5 figures for these life time subscriptions overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and horrible customer service. I become part of other investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to rapidly solve any concerns.
