I have not been able to receive a single email from any publication that I have belonged to for months now.
First they told me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to an incorrect e-mail address. This occurred a number of times after I was informed my email address had been updated. Then I was told my initial email service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I altered my email to a yahoo e-mail address they said would provide me no problems. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they tell me it was due to the fact that I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.
I called again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, but when I firmly insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, same old runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent updates at what time, however then client service tells me on their end, it reveals nothing was sent and they do not know when they head out via e-mail. When I asked for a supervisor or different contact details, they said they do not have any.
I paid near to 5 figures for these life time memberships overall, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, aggravating, and terrible customer support. I am part of other financial investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to quickly solve any concerns.
