Initially they informed me they will look into it. Then I was informed the system was sending it to an incorrect e-mail address. This happened numerous times after I was informed my email address had been upgraded. Then they told me they will do an escalated case to trace my email issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my initial email service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I altered my e-mail to a yahoo email address they stated would provide me no problems. I wait, still nothing. Then they tell me it was because I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they informed me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, however when I insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then customer service tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they do not know when they head out by means of e-mail. When I asked for a supervisor or different contact information, they said they don't have any.

I paid near 5 Learn more here figures for these lifetime subscriptions total, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, aggravating, and awful customer support. I become part of other investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to quickly resolve any problems.
