Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, however then client service informs me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent out and they don't know when they head out through e-mail. When I requested for a supervisor or different contact information, they said they do not have any.

I paid near 5 figures for these lifetime subscriptions overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and awful client service. I become part of other investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to quickly deal with any problems.
